Packages are generally sent within 24 hours of receipt of payment and are shipped via Poste Italiane in Italy and DHL for EU countries with tracking and delivery with signature.
Delivery is expected within 48 hours from the delivery of the package to the courier in Italy, while 72 hours for EU countries.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage costs. Management costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in a single order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them.
The boxes are adequately large in size and your items are well protected, we only use recyclable packaging.
Our policy provides a 14 day deadline for returns. If 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
