Born in 2021 between Gioia del Colle and Santeramo in Colle (Ba), Orto dalla Luna is much more than an organic farm; it is a journey through time, a rediscovery of the roots of our land. Our story begins at the end of 2020 and takes shape in June 2021 with a simple but poetic idea: the poetic box . A wooden container that contains fresh seasonal vegetables, free of plastic packaging, enriched by a bouquet of aromatic herbs and wild flowers, accompanied by quotes from writers and poets. This "mysterious" box represents a return to tradition: "What are we eating today? Let's see what the garden has to offer!"
But how can you enjoy the freshness of the garden even in the winter months? According to tradition, the only way to preserve summer flavors was to prepare preserves. And that's why we created a line of artisanal preserves, prepared with natural ingredients and love for our land. Our preserves are not only a way to extend the life of garden products, but a true act of love towards nature and traditional cuisine.
