Our farm is located in Puglia and extends over twenty hectares of cultivated land. Here, we are developing a project that combines organic farming and agroforestry to build a more resilient and biodiverse agricultural system.
Our olive grove
Olive trees are the heart of our farm.
Ancient trees, deeply rooted in the Apulian region, require annual care, pruning, and soil cultivation.
The olive grove is not just production: it is landscape, history, and agricultural culture.
Organic farming
We cultivate our land following the principles of organic farming, avoiding the use of synthetic chemicals and favoring practices that respect the soil's natural fertility.
This approach allows us to preserve the balance of the agricultural ecosystem.
Towards an agroforestry system
We are launching an agroforestry project that involves introducing new tree species among the olive trees and in the company's fields.
The goal is to create a more complex and resilient agricultural system, where trees, crops, and biodiversity work together.
This type of agriculture improves soil fertility, protects the soil and encourages the presence of beneficial insects and fauna.
